Refund Policy

We take pride in creating sustainable products with care. Because our items are produced in small batches, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will happily replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible. To process a claim, please provide your order number and a photo of the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or general wear and tear.
